What happens if my subscription ends?

You're downgraded to Free. We never delete your documents — you keep view and PDF download access to every sheet you've already saved.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade from Unlimited Creator to Label / Admin from the billing page anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

Contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription and we'll make it right.
